Data protection is a matter of trust. We at SensoMotoric Instruments GmbH (“SMI”) take your privacy very seriously and we know that you care about how we use personal information you share with us. We collect data to ensure a better user experience for you and other users of SMI Websites and to make all users’ interaction with us more efficient.

How does SMI protect your data?

We take reasonable technical measures and follow safety procedures to ensure the security of and to avoid unauthorized access to and misuse of Personal Data. This includes storing Personal Data on secure networks and regular security updates of our systems.

International transfer of data

Your Personal Data may be stored and processed in countries other than your country of residence also in or outside the European Union. Such countries may have data protection rules different from those of your country of residence or the country in which you were located when you initially provided the information. Personal Data transfers will be made in all time in compliance with applicable data protection law.
