The camera platform SMI CAM7/8 offers the following features:
- Highly sensitive color and black/white sensor technology
- Up to Full HDTV resolution
- Resolution range: 320x240@1500 to 1920x1280 @72Hz
- Industry standard interface CameraLink or GigE
- Optional fiber optics interface for GigE
- Windows XP/Vista driver and software API
- Modular concept for rapid customization of interface or sensor level
