"SMI Partner in Research" Program

At SMI we have never forgotten our research origins. We are fully aware that there are outstanding research projects outlined – but not (yet) realized due to a lack of funding in setting up the experimental framework. SMI thus continues to support the research community by way of our extensive, system and application support, which we offer free of charge.

The "SMI – Partner in Research" program is a sponsoring approach dedicated to allowing free access to our eye tracking equipment for a pre-arranged period of time to either start the project before funding becomes available, or in order to complete valuable experimentation. SMI invites researchers from all over the world to submit a two-page application describing the project, the specific need for eye tracking, the project timeline and references.

For details of how to apply, you should initially contact SMI via request form.
