SMI ICU Event

SMI introduces a new forum,  the SMI "ICU Event - Eye Tracking meets ..."

Goal
  • The SMI ICU Event will encourage strong interaction amongst the participants while invited presentations will stimulate discussions. 
  • SMI's ICU Event will cover a wide range of leading edge eye-, gaze and pupil tracking methodologies that are either emergent or actively employed.
  • The event topics will come from application segments like User Experience, Usability, Marketing Research, Human Factors, Psychology, Neurosciences etc. 
  • SMI's ICU Event will provide an environment in which current applications, upcoming themes and trends but also issues and contrasting perspectives are discussed.
  • SMI's ICU Event will stage an efficient platform for networking and knowledge sharing about eye-tracking research and methodology for the specific application segments.
  • The SMI ICU Event will bring together experts, researchers and users from academia and industry to improve knowledge sharing, to build relationships, to foster networks and to explore new applications in the growing world of eye-, gaze and pupil tracking. 
Who should attend

Researchers, professionals, practitioners and generally interested parties with experience and/or curiosity in eye tracking techniques, methodologies and solutions for various application segments in industry and academia.  

Program Styles & Content

The SMI ICU Event series will provide a variety of interactions:

  • Academician and practitioner's presentations on UX, HCI, usability, e-commerce, market research, psychology, neurosciences etc.
  • Special Interest Groups and workshops on trends and methodologies
  • Eye tracking tutorials
  • Hands-on training and demos on various SMI eye tracking solutions
Invited Speakers

We would like to encourage practitioners and applied researchers in the field
of eye-tracking to present their work on upcoming events.

Please inform SMI by email whether you intend to share your findings
at future conferences.
